Very pretty, but the stick pin is huge Sep 12, 2010

This pin is even prettier than the picture. The only problem, and it is a problem, is that the choice of the stick pin is poor if you plan to use this on any type of fabric that has a tighter weave (suiting, blouses). It would be good on loose weave sweaters, or perhaps wool, but unless the back pin is revised to make the tip rounded and the actual width of the needle much narrower (say like the size of a small eye sewing needle), it's not practical for wearing because it will leave large holes in your clothing. Too bad!
